Why Water Is So Important During
Breakups: |
|
During a rough break up or divorce make water your
friend. |
Sounds kinda silly doesn't it? With all those things on your
mind during a breakup or divorce it, why would you worry about
how much water you are consuming? Well, just like nutrition,
water consumption plays a key role in the how you look, fell,
and function.
You might have known that about 70% of our planet is covered in
water (roughly 360 million trillion gallons) but just as water
is vital to our planets ecosystem, so too is water to our own
human systems! Yes, we too are more than half water. The
average adult human is made up of roughly 55-65% water. Now
considering how complex the human anatomy is you can only image
the stress your body is under when it is operating on a low
level of water intake.
Sometimes during break ups we skip out on some the normal
things we do during our day. Well, drinking water shouldn't be
one of them. Whether you have been crying a lot, had a few too
many drinks the night before, or just not getting enough sleep.
All these things can take a toll on your body. Your body is a
machine and it needs run smoothly. Break ups are already
stressful enough on your body and mind, so make sure to drink
some extra water as you get through this tough time. You body
and immune system will thank you!
